A 2025 project of the Social Justice Community Outreach Committee of Messiah Lutheran Church.

This is an artistic piece of historical relevance.  It is the first of 16 one-of-a-kind hand-painted watercolors, mounted on 135 year old remnants of original slate tile roofing that once covered Messiah Lutheran Church in Harrisburg, PA.  The piece depicts the centrality of Messiah Lutheran Church, a symbol of faith amidst the local neighborhood and government in the city of Harrisburg, PA.
